Return & Exchange Policy

At Bel Ti Boujique, our biggest goal is to serve our customers and strive for customer satisfaction. We offer a 7 day return policy:

Returned item/s must be received within 7 business days of delivery of purchase/s; Must also meet out return policy criteria.
 

• Item/s must remain in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.

• ​All items must have original tags in place & include your original receipt.

• ​We do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping- Shipping fee is non-refundable.

• Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received. 

• ALL SALE items, JEWELERY, GIFT CARDS & SWIM (including not limited to undergarments) are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS.
  
  If you believe you received a damage item, you have 3 days (including weekends) to Contact Us.
  Please include images of the damage, and a description.
  We will review your concern and if/when your return is approved, a pre-paid return label will be issued to you.
  Within 3-7 days from the item/s returned delivered date your replacement/exchanged item will be shipped to you. (No shipping fee will be applied it determined to be an error of BTB).
  
  In the event the item is out of stock and we are unable to exchange, a refund or store credit will be provided. Only if the item is out of stock will a refund or store credit be issued.
  Please allow 5-10 days from when the item is received back, for your refund or store credit.
